The equipment we had before Hunter equipment, we had for a while. We decided to start out with a couple of Hunter aligners and now have Hunter equipment in all three locations. With our old balancer, we had no quality or diagnostic capabilities. We tried Hunter’s ForceMatch® HD, and got a feel for what it provides for our customers and us. Customers were coming in with questions about their tires; with the ForceMatch®, we now have real answers and can diagnose any problems or issues for customers. Once we got a taste for that, it was hard not to go down that path.
The wheel balancer sells itself. Customers are coming in, knowing we have the best equipment, and are working on their tires with the best, high-quality equipment. That goes a long way.
The service aspect of Hunter is the other half of it. We have had reps come out, train our technicians, and make sure the machine is being utilized in the right way. Our sales rep, Ray Graves has taken great care of us. He and our service reps, Jason and Devin, are there to help our guys and teach them whenever needed. Hunter service is outstanding.
The ForceMatch® is a piece of equipment that sells itself and has cured so many problems for us. For us to diagnose exactly what’s going on for customers, and to do it consistently, has really given us the opportunity to take our service to the next level.
